On Sunday 16th March 2025, we were pleased to welcome Simon to our morning service and to hear directly from him about the work of El Jireh Church. You can watch this here...

Current points for prayer and praise:

• After much consideration it has been decided that El Jireh church will be closed, with the final service on April 26th.
• In recent months El Jireh church has met on a smaller scale in the home of one of its leaders.
• It is hoped that the congregation will grow in community and faith while they look for a new leadership team to take El Jireh forward in the future.
• At present the previous pastor and Simon are leading the group through a series looking at the book of Acts.
• The football ministry has also taken an exciting new step with the launch of an 11-a-side Under 13 team. We have also launched a new Wednesday Life Group for the 12-15 age group.
• We are also working hard to support the boys who are struggling academically.
• We are also working alongside the medical centre to run a dental campaign for the boys.
• Please continue to pray for Simon during these times of change.
